GENERAL NOTES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Rates are per room per night based on two people sharing
• Rates include breakfast
• There is normally a minimum stay duration of two nights
• We accept children from 12 years of age and above

• We are unable to accept guests' pets
Booking & Payment
A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay for each room booked is required to secure reservation. For bookings of more than one week, the deposit will be the cost of two night’s stay for each room booked.
The deposit payment can be made by BACS or cheque – please make cheques payable to J Jebb. Balances are paid on departure by cheque or cash. Please note we have no card facilites.
If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss. You may wish to arrange cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.
In the event of a cancellation less than two weeks prior to arrival, a minimum amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation for each room booked will be charged (two nights will be charged for bookings of more than one week), unless we are able to re-book the room. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the agreed check in time, a charge equivalent to the total booking price will be levied and no refund will be made unless we are able to re-let the room.
Access to room(s) on arrival is normally between 3pm and 9pm unless special arrangements are made. Room(s) should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Please call us in advance on 01548 531485 to inform us of your estimated arrival time.
Keynedon Mill is a non-smoking establishment.
Children aged 12 and above are welcome, but must be well behaved and under control of their parents.
Regretfully, Keynedon Mill is inappropriate for persons with mobility disabilities.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability on our part in the event of any circumstances beyond our control. In this unlikely event, we would of course inform you immediately and use our best efforts to find you alternative accommodation of commensurate standard.
