We are situated beside a Devon lane just outside the village of Sherford and between the towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes.  Slapton Sands beach is 8 minutes drive and there are many lovely secluded beaches and coves to explore nearby.  The South Devon Coastal Path is within easy reach with wonderful walks and glorious scenery.
